This cover is so much better than the old one we had for our in-ground spa. The installation was very professional and fairly fast. We have also noticed much less evaporation with this new cover.Would definitely recommend this company!

The sales demonstration was very informative. When they set up our cover, they showed us exactly how to do it (twice) and let us take a video to re-watch later. The installation was quick and thorough. They were very helpful!

We left Arizona for a 4-month trip starting July 2023 and decided we needed Solar Safe to provide a well-fitted cover for our play pool so that it could "hibernate" while we were away and not turn green. As representative for the company, Tom was great to work with, explained the various options and benefits, no high-pressure sales. We went with the PowerLock option in the Desert Tan color. The friendly crew got the cover installed during a few hours on one day and showed us how to remove and replace the pool cover; they had us video their instructions, which provides a valuable guide when we need reminding of their helpful hints. When we returned to Arizona in November, I couldn't wait to see the condition of our pool. Sure enough, the water looked great, just like the day we left 4 months earlier. Thank you Solar Safe for good service and a good product!

The workmanship was excellent, and the cover was built onsite to perfectly fit my pool. My chemical usage and cleaning is less than half of what it used to be. I highly recommend on of their covers at it will more than pay for itself, not too mention how much safer it is for kids and animals in the pool area. The picture is after about 3 years of usage and is dirty after the last rain. It is easy to keep clean especially if you keep it conditioned.

I purchased my Solar Safe Pool Cover about a year ago. I highly recommend purchasing this product. The sales rep provided excellent service. It is extremely durable, keeps the pool clean and I use less chemicals. Warren Levenbaum

I was initially happy with the custom pool cover that was done by Solar Safe. Because it’s sewn onsite, it perfectly fits my pool. Unfortunately only after 6 months, I noticed several holes in the cover. I called Solar Safe and they said would determine if it’s under warranty. They came out and said no. They claimed someone must have draped it over the grill. Of course this is absurd. The holes are in multiple areas throughout and on multiple panels. A more likely explanation is the use of routine pool chemicals damaged a cover that is much more fragile than promised. By Solar Safe's comments, they want to try and blame the fact that it sometimes is rented as an airbnb or allegedly high clorine levels. As I had told Solar Safe it was not rented during this time. I have a professional company that cleans the pool weekly and tests the chemicals.

We have 3 young children so we were looking at options to keep them safe from the open water in the pool. Having a fence would block off access to the yard so we went with the safety pool cover.We’ve had it about 6 months and are very pleased with it. It does take 2 people and some time to remove it but overall it’s fairly easy. It has saved us a lot of time that we used to spend cleaning debris and adding water to the pool. Also saving on electricity not having to run the pump all winter.We have had it through the monsoon season and we put the pump that they gave us on the top of it to pump the water off so it won’t weigh it down. Sometimes this is more of a hassle than having a fence if we aren’t home to put it on but they do provide the necessary equipment.We’re thankful that our children are safe and it gives us peace of mind when they are outside playing.

Absolutely love our solar safe pool cover! We have had our cover for 3 years now and love it! We purchase the cleaner and conditioner through Solar safe and apply it our self. It's super easy to do on your own! When the company comes to cut, sew and install your cover they explain everything you and even recommend you record the conversation/instructions so you you always have a reference. Not only does our pool cover serve as a great protection for kids and water/chemical saver it also serves as a great water collection device for our plants! lol We love the benefits of our cover! Definitely recommend!
